Physiotherapy aims to restore and maintain human function after injury or disease, to help improve the quality of life for people. Precision Physiotherapy prides itself on using researched treatment techniques and believes in evidence based practice.

Treatment techniques include:

  • Spinal and Peripheral joint mobilisation
  • Spinal Manipulation "clicking" the joint to increase movement (optional)
  • Acupuncture (optional)
  • Exercise prescription - Home or Gym based
  • Muscle tissue techniques including trigger-point, myofascial release and friction techniques

Advice from the physiotherapist is often under-rated. Correct advice can significantly improve the rate and quality of recovery. Physiotherapists are primary contact practitioners. This means you do not need a Doctor's referral before attending Precision Physiotherapy, unless you are attending as part of a motor vehicle accident or worker's copensation insurance claim.

Note: Precision Physiotherapy focuses on being an Evidence Based  practice. This means we use techniques which have been scientifically proven to work! We understand that there are many alternative therapies available; however, many therapies are yet to prove themselves.
